Returns, exchanges and cancellations
In case of return or exchange due to our reasons
Returns, exchanges and cancellations are possible except in the following cases.
- If a return request is not made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Products that have been used, washed, dry-cleaned or altered.

If you wish to return or exchange an item
・Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product and return it to the address we specify.
- We will ship the replacement product as soon as possible after we have checked the returned product and prepared the replacement product.
Shipping fees for returns and exchanges
In the case of returns or exchanges due to our reasons, we will cover the shipping costs.
If you wish to return or exchange the product for your own reasons, please pay the return shipping costs yourself.
